Notes about emailing large print formats on paper or in electronic formats
Long documents are best prepared and saved using a word processor such as MS Word with a constant font size i.e. 14 Point Arial see ClearPrint Guidelines. Then select all the text to alter the font size and save as LP version. This can the be attached to an email or posted.
It is not possible to alter the format of icoming emails so please send them in the requested format- Large print emails can be written in Outlook Express as follows:
After stating an email, and the cursor is in the message pane select Format to ensure the bullet is agaist Rich Text (HTML) this will display, just below subject two boxes where the font style and size may be selected.
